What is Argentium Silver
This is the most important and shortest explanation

When you create, cast or sell pieces made from Argentium sterling silver, that
is exactly what you get. Made with a touch of germanium that
severely inhibits tarnish, Argentium sterling is never less than 92.5% silver,
just like ordinary sterling, and it should be stamped "925" or "sterling." The
presence of germanium, however, changes everything.
Argentium sterling facilitates fabrication tasks with better ductility
(stretching potential) and malleability (shaping potential) than are possible
with standard sterling. You can effectively work the metal longer than you
can work ordinary sterling before you need to anneal it.
